This Privacy Notice tells you what to expect when Kingston Plastics collects and uses your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.   We only collect information on you in order to fulfil our contract with you.  We only retain your information to the extent that we are required to do so by law.  We are not required to register under GDPR as we only process data for core business purposes.  We do NOT use your information other than to conduct business with you.  However, we are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using our websites or ordering from us, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

We do not use data we collect for marketing purposes.

Where is the data held All data is held locally in the UK on our secure servers.  Information provided through our website is held securely in the UK on our website server provided by our data processor.  We do not hold financial information on our website, using PayPal (based in Luxembourg) as our data processor.
Websites We have two websites, kingstonplastics.co.uk and cuttosizeplastics.co.uk.

Kingstonplastics.co.uk does not collect information from you directly, but does use cookies.  Please see our cookie policy on the website.

Cuttosizeplastics.co.uk collects information from you to process your orders.  Your information is held on our UK secure servers for processing to fulfil our contract with you.  The website also uses cookies and directs you to PayPal to process payment. Please see our cookie policy on the website.

How long we will retain your personal data for Personal information that we process for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes.  We will retain documents (including electronic documents) containing personal data:
